New Business
Lickliter stated that we inherited a dozen radios, 10 are usable.

Bourns match was down from years past due to economy. We have club members that volunteer every year for three days that need to be recognized. Question as to if we could move the shoot to another weekend to get into better weather. . .problem is there is no other weekend that is open in the neighboring states. Most are held once a year.

Range protection bill #503 please contact Senator to say we want to support the bill. This bill is to protect the ranges so that if someone builds near a range they cannot force the range to close or complain about the noise. Also recommends a range protection committee for clubs to have to deal with complaints.

Old Business

Loaner keys -Hoffland

There was some discussion at last meeting about having loaner keys for Hoffland. After much discussion, board felt that we will leave the current policy in place, no loaner key, people who want to go out may still contact a director to go, or with weather getting nicer, probably will be someone there most times.

Rail Car

Much discussion, Guy will contact interested parties and decide where and when it will go. Needs to be moved soon.

New Memberships

Two new memberships were approved

Open Floor For Discussion

Question about moving from the airport range. Guy stated that Koozer has pulled the benches and will help load them if his equipment is there. His trucks are using the drive to the right of our drive.

Wood is still hoping to get out to the range very soon - next week maybe.

The well is completed, we now have a spigot. Nothing on the generator. He says he will try to bring in a generator when he delivers one to Gordon. Gas and electric both. 8000 KW. We can use the plastic cover for the generator for now. Jim Ford is still going to design the bathrooms with a room for the generator.

It is time to start moving stuff out of the box car at the airport range. Some of it will go into the storage unit at Fiebig.

Steve stated that there is some steel blowing off on the airport building. Needs to get the tin screwed down again. Dustin volunteered to go do the tin.

We will need volunteers for all of this work, and need to track the hours for grants.
