Minutes of June 1 meeting read and approved
Treasurer’s report read and approved . We purchased buffalo grass seed from Westco for Income was donation and income from BMG match and various memberships.

New Business
1.Mower
a. Guy said that Jim Ford has a mower for sale. Our tractors would handle the mower. Jack moved second by Bob. Passed

2.Accountant
a. We got into an issue with our taxes last year because we could not use the money until spring. Grant money is taxable and we ended up paying taxes and also had to pay a penalty. Bob stated that he took the taxes to the accountant shortly after the &Mac222;rst of the year. They were &Mac222;led late and we had a penalty. The idea has been thought maybe we should change accountants. Steve H moved, Tim seconded to move taxes to whoever Bob felt comfortable with. Passed

3. Range Construction
a.Ray Weisgerber is working on stands and target holders

b. We may have the seeding done next week.

c. Currently we are a little short on dirt at Fiebig, but that may come from the Airport Range

d. Sign - Bob stated that he talked to Gary Carpenter about the new sign. It will have a few rules, contact person (president - which is changeable) and the website.

4.Bathroom Construction
a. Jim Bourn’s job has changed so that he cannot work on the bathroom, Guy will have the lumber delivered and make the walls at his place and when we can get a crew we will get the walls up.

b . Guy contacted Steve Benzel, who has donated some small square bales for the range. Cover Ranch donated some large round bales also

5. Current Volunteer Hours
a. We have 34 logged hours for the range. Need a total of 200 for the Ne Game & Parks grant

Old Business
Ken Woods is talking to the city about him billing them and he will move the dirt from the Airport Range to Fiebig. The city has agreed to pay us for the storage unit we purchased. Bob will get a copy of the receipt to the city for reimbursement.

Loaner keys -Hof&Mac223;and
We went over the list of Hof&Mac223;and Key holders. Decided to hold off until Miles was at the meeting since he was more in the know.
