New Business
Bob talked about a bill from the city dump, he cleaned up after the Sage Brush Match and had a $9.03 bill, we voted to reimburse him. Talk about that match was that the people really like it and maybe we can get some vendors to come out. 119 shooters on Sunday and 112 on Saturday. Said that the match results are on the website and many people spent the weekend there at the range. Many people out of state were here. They may come back for the spring match.

Guy mentioned that Scottsbluff has recently acquired a new range, about 1/4 section. They will not have much berm work, in Sioux County.

Doug Licklither - water at Fiebig Range. Would like a minimal amount per month (fuel expenses etc) reimburse. Need to change water at least every hour. He stated he would pick up trash, mow, whatever. Jim Ford moved, second by Steve Henkel, passed. Begin in April or May of 2010.

Gun Show is set except for one shift, midnight to 8 on guards.

Ideas for grants....storage building at west side of firing line, firing lines for 25 & 50, rock for going into Fiebig, rock at Hoffland.

Need to open Fiebig Range to general public for sighting in rifles.

New Range Rules moved by Doug, second by Jack, were approved, minor changes (no unaccompanied minors, Fiebig Range - no unauthorized vehicles) Sept 14, 2009.

Old Business
Ken Wood was going to talk to the city about moving the dirt, he cannot do anything until late this fall.

We do need to get some wheat seed out to Fiebig, 25 and 50 yds have never been seeded.
