Minutes of Sept 14 meeting read and approved Steve Miles, Jim Ford, passed

Treasurer's report read and approved. Have received the money from Game & Parks. Gun Show income not as good as in the past, but ok. Door was down, only 560 people through on both days. Bob has a meeting with Karen Johnson tomorrow. Bob would like reimbursed $11.00 for ink for the Gun Show stamps. Jim Ford moved, Steve Miles second to accept treasurer's report, passed

New Business
Royce requested ammo for the juniors, he was questioned about the ammo from NE Game & Parks, could not use it for match, he has not fixed the 3 Kimber rifles yet, discussion was that maybe he should wait until he has some juniors signed up. He has run an ad in the paper but not had anyone call yet. Usually they start in Sept. Miles moved, second by Henkel that when they have some juniors sign up we purchase a case of 5000, passed.

Grant - building 30 x 45 with an overhang and three overhead doors, two on one side, one on the other. Also a walk in door. We will get a new drawing from Jim Ford and Henkels will get a new bid from Cleary.

Steve Miles will go to Kearney for the FNRA Grant meeting.

Gun Show
We turned down 20 - 30 tables for the show. Guy recommended buying 20 more tables. Jim Ford moved to buy 20 more tables, second Jack, passed (hopefully after the first of the year for tax purposes)

Steve Miles mentioned that the Friday before Harlans match they may run a .22 match for the club. Said that the people come in on Friday and don't have much to do that day after sighting in.
