Shooting Ranges

The Alliance Rifle Club uses two outdoor shooting ranges near Alliance.

Hoffland Range is located 10 miles east of Alliance on Highway 2 (first turnoff east of Mile Marker 98). There is a 1,000 yard pit. This range is used for all shooting competitions.

Glen Fiebig Range is located eight miles east of Alliance on Highway 2. Opened July 2007 for the use of ARC members and their guests. Shooting butts positioned at 25 yds., 50 yds., 100 yds. and 200 yds.

The ARC Airport Range closed permanently on June 30, 2010. The Airport Range facilities no longer exist after being in use since May 1949.

No minors are allowed on any Alliance Rifle Club property without adult supervision.

Road to the Airport Range


Dec. 13, 2006 the Outdoor Ranges
were closed at the Airport Range.
The Indoor Range was closed
June 30, 2010.
